Families are prompted to:

Provide their name and contact information, details about their pet, and describe their pet's medical condition.

Contact information (text message and/or email) is verified through a one-time code and they are added to the "Wait at Home" list.

Families have the option to select how often they want to receive updates about their place in line.
For Staff
Clinic staff manage the virtual waiting list from behind the scenes. The technology enables staff to customize the flow of the waiting list based on volume and the number of doctors on the floor.
